Just waiting for Dan to send me the inside, outside dasher boards, cabinet, centre ice, goalie crease, score board, and Ottawa & Boston decals for the base. While I was waiting I made the banner hanger and banners. This spring I think i'll raise the base after seeing a few of you doing it....

Great job. This looks amazing. I'm doing something similar but with the Chicago Blackhawks. Would you mind sharing how you made the nets? What materials did you use? Thanks!

FlyersFan4Life is who helped me out with the Mod But if you want I can try to explain how I did it. I used round bar that I had sitting around. Just try to find something that isn’t magnetic because of the puck. Measured the goal. Cut all my pieces using a cutoff grinder. Bent all the pieces in a vise. I bent mine cold with no heat. To put them together using JB weld. Stole one of my wife fine delicate wash bags. ( because it looked the closest the a goal net ) Used gorilla glue and glued the net the vertical and horizontal bars. I tried to take off the bottom tray off but the old net was impossible to remove because of the glue. Called ICE but they don’t sell just the tray. I cut the inside of the tray on the old net so I would have a lip to make new tray. Cut a piece of plastic and extend the portion that was cut. And glued the net to the playing ice. Under FlyersFan4Life advice about painting chipping. I used red reflective tape because the puck chips the paint and it will be all over the ice. You can’t see it in the pictures but the net glows with light.

Making an oak 5 inch platform with laser etched plaques with Boston, Ottawa, NHL, and Hockey Night in Canada logos on the sides. Will raise the game 4 inches to help save my back... Will post pictures once all done.
