I'm sure someone has added logos to a chexx puck before but I didn't find anything when looking so here is a writeup on how I did mine. Materials: - Printed Logos - I printed mine on my home printer on 4x6 photo paper. You want the largest dimension of the logo to be .389 inches. - 1/2" circle punch - Black silicone - toothpick - Black Sharpie - Dremel 105 or 108 carving bit - Chexx Puck - Helpful but not necessary is a 1/2" diameter dowel to press the logo flat when setting it Size, print, and punch out your logos. If you are using a black background for your logos run the sharpie around the edge so the white edge of the paper will not show after you put the logo on the puck. Carve down the 4 tabs in the center of the puck just enough so that the logo will sit below the surface of the puck. Fill the center with the black silicone about level with the top of the tabs and press the logo in place. If you mess up on your first attempt at placing the logo you can scrape the cured silicone out of the center and try again. This also works if you want to change logos later on or something happens to it like it gets gouged. Let the silicone cure for a day or so and you are ready to go. Before I figured out how to customize a puck from ICE I had made my own 3d printed chexx pucks because why should pucks only come in one color.
