Does anyone have an original Ice Kixx soccer ball that they could measure the diameter of and weigh? I'm trying to create a replica but I don't have an original.

Do you still require diameter? Unsure if I have a scale that can weigh mine. Could check the spouses baking gear. I will capture info for you if still needed next time I'm into machine. Making spares? I wouldn't mind having a spare Cheers!

Yes, I still need the diameter and a weight. I did something similar with some custom chexx pucks and figured I'd try a Kixx ball. I know originals are hard to come by and there are probably a few people who would like a spare or replacement so why not give it a shot. I don't have a machine but I've always wanted one and am always looking for a deal nearby. When I get it working I'll make you a spare. Thanks, Dave

My ball is approximately 1 inch in diameter (3.14 inches in circumferance=pi). If you had to choose to be a little bigger vs smaller, I'd recommend choosing smaller as the ball eject hole is tight clearance. I didn't have a scale to measure something so light so I had to Jimmy rig a plane&fulcrum with bucket to balance and measure how much water balances the scale which ended up being 14.7 milliliters (sorry, I'm Canadian so do the conversion of you are American ). 1ml of water = 1 gram therefore my ball should weigh 14.7 grams. My ball has a magnet inside of it that you can hear and feel move inside ball when shaken. I don't think the weight needs to be precise but who knows how sensitive everyone's ball electors, chutes, goal flags are. It'd be cool to offer different colors and patterns as well! My ball was 100% white until I painted the spots black manually. I'm new to this forum. I tried including pics showing how I measured ball but the Add Attachment Button only allows tiny fille sizes and doesn't seem to be a way to downsize my photo .jpg's. I used caliper for measuring ball. I can email pics to you if you want to see visually for yourself unless there is a way get it to work via forum without my having to manually size pics locally (too lazy...lol!)

Thanks for the measurements. I especially like the weighing, thanks for the effort. The ball in the picture is 24mm so it seems like it's the correct size. I'll let you know how it goes.

I actually went out and bought a precision scale since we didn't have any around the house for just such occasions and I didn't fully trust my method for precision due to all the room for errors with my apparatus and measuring water without a precise graduated cylinder (used a .5ml graduated eye dropper. Actual weight measured via scale is 10.64g or .375oz. I was out by about 4 grams with my original method&calculations Good luck! Keep us posted!
