Super chexx Pro issue

Hello all. Just bought brand new super chexx pro. Unveiled it on Xmas Eve. Have been playing it with fam the past couple of days. It's awesome.

Had issue today where when starting 2nd game one of the lcd screens would not show goal graphic or.national.anthem. no biggie...then it started shooting the puck out immediately afte a goal was scored. Almost like the computer was going bezerk or was trying to.keep up. I powered it off and then when I turned it back on the scored board says FP 0-0 etc and when you hit start button nothing happens at all. In fact the pwr button won't even turn it off. SEl button will not do anything. I tried to unplug as well and same issue. Still under warranty and will contact ice games but I'm pretty disappointed drop 3k on this awesome game and it does this first day using it.

Any troubleshooting advice would be great.

I just picked up a slightly used 2018 Coin op PRO that had weird issues. Going into menu anthem and team options weren't displaying in the expected yellow font and the score board animations were very brief and static bars occasionally on one side.

Worked with Francois and David of ICE support. They taught me that there is 3 identical microSD cards in game. One on main board and one in each screen of Jumbotron. Turned out 2 of 3 of my microSD cards were corrupt presenting a different issue per card. Once we figured that out and that I still had one good card, I full formatted the 2 corrupt cards and copied contents of good card to each bad card. You can swap cards around to see if problem moves or goes away.

The main board uses some info. From card for menu & sounds, etc, the screens use the cards for animation sequences. Hope this helps you start troubleshooting experience.

My original cards were labeled v1.2, ICE also sent me v1.5 set of cards no charge.
