I want to make the boards have logos all the way around the ice.
How did you guys go about doing this?
What material did you make it out of?
Where did you go to get this done?
Any insight you can provide me would be much appreciated!!

My brother just used mailing labels and a color printer. If you don't have a color printer, you can design the logos yourself and take them to a print shop (usb thumb or cd) and tell them you need the logos printed in color, on Avery mailing labels. Super easy.

Thanks for the quick response, I really appreciate it.
Do they get scuffed up at all from the puck or have wear and tear marks? Would they be hard to take off down the road if need be or would you just put another set of labels over the existing boards?
Just trying to make sure I am doing this right.
Do you have pictures by chance?
Any help you can provide me would be awesome!!

There is also someone in the Buffalo area that makes dasher board decalls and sends them out to print. He includes the red and blue lines as well and space behind the net where you wouldn't want a logo. They are fitted well with a little tweaking required where they meet at the corners. You have the authentic all around look of the real thing. I'll post a pic of my table later. I also formed the yellow dasher trim that I purchased from ICE to go below the logos all around the ice. Required a heat gun to help mould the shape as they are quite stiff and brittle if bent or forced too far. You can do an internet search for Custom player painting and you should find his link. He also does some amazing looking players. A project he will be doing for me in two or three months when my turn comes up.

Anybody know how to do the boards all the way around without paying somebody to do it? I like the boards look on the white part, but all the way around would be awesome. Let me know if anybody knows how.

I am the guy from Buffalo that does the custom decals for the game and painting of the players.
If anyone needs custom boards or decals for their game, I sell the custom logos. I can do inside and outside dashers, in ice logos, center ice, cabinet decals, the base, etc.
I have an ad on ebay with pictures and I am coming out with a website. You can contact me at danscustombubblehockey@yahoo.com

Just curious. Does applying decals and logos on the ice impede regular game play?

I used matte white vinyl and used my digital cutter to make 12"x 1.5" strips for the boards. I Applied those first. Use a razor to cut and trim the vinyl for any bends in the dome that make your straight boards want to curve
Then use Avery clear shipping labels to print your boards logos onto. I made my logos with a max height of about 1.2" to allow for yellow dasher underneath I replicated the 1995 nj Devils meadowlands arena boards...every single ad in it's exact 1995 time period correctness on photoshop....I was up real late hahaha
