in the slot. I have one player that stops about 1/2" short compared to the other player. It wouldn't be a problem but it is the one in front of the goalie. The other side it goes about a 1/2" further. Any idea how to adjust. BTW the rod also sticks out further on the one that will not go as far in the slot.
I am new to the game so appreciate the help.

There is a rod collar (sometimes two) on the rod under the ice surface. You will need to loosen it up and slide it forward or backward to adjust where the rod collar hits the bump stop. This will fix the issue. While you have the ice surface off, I recommend that you re-tighten all of the rod collars so that it doesn't start happening to your other players down the road.
