Problem with a 3 month old Super Chexx.

The problem with the new Super Chexx machine is that when one team (it doesn't matter which) scores a goal, a goal is registered for both teams. This happens through periods 1-3, but when it goes into overtime the winners goal is the only one registered. ICE sent a new mainboard, but that didn't solve anything. Please help.

no joke, I have also been having issues with a brand new game. my issues are all sound related (sound choppy, clipping, etc). They sent me a new board...and it didnt fix anything.

What did they do for you?
