Hi, New owner of a used Super Chexx. Hoping you can answer two questions. 1) I have three pucks. After removing the game dome and cleaning the game innards including both puck troughs to the ejector, I don't recall if all three of the pucks were originally in the machine (seems likely). Anyhow, after scoring a goal, that lone puck didn't return or eject. I presume stuck in the return trough. So when I reopen the dome, do I want to place all three pucks in the game? The extra weight ensuring that a puck is pushed into the ejector, after each goal? 2) I've got a flat, non-warped playing surface. Two of the players aren't flush to the surface, allowing the puck to pass under their sticks. No fun. The other players are fine. Intuitively, seems like I didn't fully seat these two particular players. Yes? I've pushed straight down and it doesn't feel like there is anymore room for them to go. Don't want to break the player, the plastic washer, or the gearbox. Any suggestions? Should I swap locations with another "working" player, to isolate on the player vs the rod? Other ideas? This thread suggests both bending and lightly melting the sticks. Viable? chexxfan.proboards.com/thread/1135/sticks-scraping-icethanks!!!
