Bud Light "All Sports Arena Amusements Inc" black base q's

Hi, is anyone familiar with a Super Chexx / black base game that is logo'd "Bug light" and has All Sports Arena Amusements Inc labels on the scoreboard and inside the base?

Looks to be all Super Chexx parts (board is labeled ICE, scoreboard is Super Chexx, players, etc).

Curious of the back story of these machines.

I believe All Sports Arena Amusements was simply the retailer for this Super Chexx

Bud Light was affliated with ICE in making a limited amount of machines for a Bud Light Bubble boy tournament some years back.

Note: Not an expert, just info I have read online, can't say for sure.
