Sorry it took a few days guys, but here are the winners of the Delaware Valley Bubble Hockey Classic. A full field of 36 players/18 teams took part in round robin bracket play followed by a flighted double elimination tournament. In doubles the top 10 teams were A flight, the bottom 8 B flight. In Singles the top 20 were A flight and the bottom 16 were B flight. Here are the results: DOUBLES - A Flight: [glow=red,2,300]1) Bill Brooks/Scott Storck, PA [/glow] 2) Al Jennings and Erich Markee, MA 3) Jeremy Davis and Kieran Valla, CT DOUBLES - B Flight: 1) Len Mecca and Brian Nelson, NJ/PA 2) Al Ritter and Mike Ritter, PA 3) Mike Kapler and Joe O'Brien, NJ SINGLES - A flight: [glow=red,2,300]1) Jeremy Davis, CT [/glow] 2) Al Jennings, MA 3) Scott Storck, PA SINGLES - B Flight: 1) John Beck, PA 2) Jason DeAngelo, PA 3) Jeff Linso, PA I am still working on all the final stats, but I gotta say up front that alot of scores were not entered during the singles A and B tournaments due to things getting crazy toward the end. We have who beat who for every games and/or series, but not all the final game scores. The other "A" flight finishers in the double elimination tournament: DOUBLES: 4) Sean Sparks/Jim Sullivan, MA 5) Bill Fuller/Sal Garofalo, PA Andrew Fuller/Ian White, PA 7) Chris "Monkey" Bleistine/Doug "Monkey Jr" Davis Paul Burke/Kevin Kelly, PA 9) Jim Bernard/John Gaffney, NJ 10) Jason DeAngelo/Brian Fischer, PA SINGLES: 4) Bill Brooks, PA 5) Doug Davis, CT, Kieran Valla, CT 7) Jim Sullivan, MA 8) Todd Leri, PA 9) John Gaffney, NJ, Erick Markee, MA 11) "Sandbag", MA 12) Ian White, PA 13) Jim Bernard, NJ, Bill Fuller, PA 15) John Power, NY, Mike Ritter, PA 17) Sal Garofalo, PA, Brian Nelson, PA 19) Chris Bleistine, NJ, Sean Sparks, MA Thanks to everyone who came out. I think everyone had a great time and played some great bubble hockey. Congratulations to Jeremy for winning the berth to the Nationals - you all better watch out, 'cause he was on top of his game March 4th.

Thank you Jim,John and Monkey (Chris) for a great weekend. It was a great tournament and you ran it like the old pro's you are. I can't say enough good things about it. It was great to see some familiar faces and meet many new ones.

Thanks for the kind words Sully and Thanks to everyone who attended the DVBHC. I have to say that the talent level was top notch and we hope that everyone will return for the next Tourney which will most likely be the NJBHC 2 in September but stay tuned. It was a great day to hang with many of the fellas we already knew and to meet a bunch of new faces. I hope to have photo's of the event posted by the end of the week so keep an eye out. As for the results...I hope you boys in St. Louis are ready because Jeremy's game is on fire right now. His quickness and accuracy were tremendous. Of course beware of Al as well because his game was also clicking but Jeremy got the best of him in the end. Do I smell a rematch in St. Louis? I'm quite sure that those boys will represent the east coast very well in addition to the other east coast presence you already have. Good Luck to all in St. Louis!

I hope we are ready too. More big names heading this way. But there are some of us that have been to the show before and are up to the challenge. Currently there are 32 registrants with more to come.

Congratulations to Jeremy!!
Jeremy, your complimentary bid is waiting for you! We cannot wait to see you play!
I am surprised, I really thought Bubble Al or JG would win the Del Val. Anyway, I can't wait to see all of the great players from the east come to St. Louis!
What's up with the rest of the players in the Del Val? There is still time to sign up! You guys should grab a mini-van, put 4-5 players in it and cruise down here for the championships.
The regular Sheraton rooms are ridiculously huge! Two large beds, a couch, room for luggage and room to just hang out.
Someone tell me what is holding you from attending?
